Sales Coordinator
Job description
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the Premiere Roofing sales process by providing daily assistance to the entire sales organization. Primary duties include assembling reports, coordinating daily departmental activities and effectively communicating with customers and other departments.
Qualifications
- Education: High School/ G.E.D, college degree a plus
- 5 years of office experience preferred
- Residential or commercial construction experience is a plus
- Mathematical and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM)
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
Key Accountabilities
- Adhere to all company core values, policies, and sales processes
- Collect and provide weekly and monthly data and sales reports
- Assist in scheduling sales Cold Calls and Premiere leads into CRM
- Ensure accuracy of data for all roof replacements, repairs, and trades
- Coordinate daily activities that support the sales department in field
- Provide direct support to leadership team with sales-related matters
- Respond to Premiere employees and customers in a timely manner
